Job summary

Cuningham in Las Vegas is seeking a Project Architect / Team Leader to lead hospitality and gaming design efforts from concept through construction. Licensed candidates may hold the Project Architect title; licensure progressions determine Team Leader title. You will guide small to mid-scale projects and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Demonstrated hospitality/gaming experience, strong leadership, and expertise in Revit/BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and design verification are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
• Licensed Architect preferred; licensure pursued actively for Team Leader role.
• Strong portfolio in hospitality/gaming projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Revit/BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for hospitality and gaming projects from concept through construction.
• Manage small to mid-size projects and teams with varying experience levels.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve design excellence.
• Oversee QA/QC and ensure timely delivery of technical submissions.
• Lead coordination with Specifications team and AHJ as needed.
