Job summary

3877 is seeking an Architect with 5–8 years of hospitality experience to join our busy studio. The ideal candidate will lead design sessions, participate in client meetings, and guide project documents from concept to construction.

You will manage on-site construction administration, coordinate with consultants, and support marketing efforts. A strong Revit/Adobe Suite skill set and proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a recognized college in Architecture.
• A minimum of 5 years full-time experience within the last year in a similar position involving hospitality design.
• Deep, philosophical understanding of Revit and Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), email and internet.
• Organization/attention to detail; proactive; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions and participate in client meetings/presentations.
• Aid in production of project documents from concept through construction documents.
• Complete construction administration on site and in the office.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Work with Interior Design team to ensure integrated design outcomes.
