KdG, a division of Shive-Hattery, seeks an Architect with 8–16 years of gaming and hospitality experience to lead design from concept through completion in a hybrid Chicago office.

You will collaborate with design professionals, direct non-licensed staff, and develop technical solutions using Revit, contributing to client meetings and project development.

As a Architect in the gaming and hospitality market with 8-16 years of experience you'll play a key role in supporting the firm and shaping projects that make a difference-from concept through completion. What You’ll Do

• Participate and contribute in design and project management with design discussions, idea generation, collaboration, and design work in drawing, modeling and 3D image formats
• Direct non-licensed and other professionals assigned to design, produce and coordinate the design process and technical documents
• Design and detailing in Autodesk Revit
• Attend project and client meetings with design professionals for both business development opportunities and projects under contract
• Develop technical design solutions
• Assist in design presentation development

Salary for this role is in the range of $82,000-$105,000 per year
