10+ years of architectural experience, including major projects or multiple moderate-scale projects.
Active architectural license in good standing.
Experience supporting Federal, military, or government clients.

Responsibilities

Define architectural project elements and processes to meet Federal client needs.
Coordinate estimates, proposals, and bid preparations.
Ensure performance to contract requirements through planning and monitoring work orders and deliverables with engineering and other disciplines.
Plan and develop architectural projects involving complex challenges.
Lead conceptual design and provide full technical support through all project phases.
Review junior staff work for technical accuracy and provide mentorship.
