Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from ABET-accredited program is required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience; military installation experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a government security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Pro; strong organizational/time management skills.
• Ability to work with customers and coworkers in a courteous, professional manner.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain PE license within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle from investigations through conceptual design and construction completion.
• Evaluate submittals, provide technical solutions, and prepare modification packages.
• Prepare statements of work, specifications, drawings, sketches, calculations, and building code references.
• Review plans and details for new construction and maintenance or rearrangement of layouts.
• Presentations and briefings to government counterparts and clients.
