Job summary

ASRC Federal Netcentric Technology, LLC is seeking a Facilities Asset Manager (Requirements & Optimization) to support the KEOS contract for the US Air Force in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on managing maintenance and facility operations across interior/exterior systems, with emphasis on lifecycle optimization and data-driven decision making.

The candidate will coordinate meetings and deliverables, perform analyses to optimize investments, and ensure compliance with government guidance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture required; other disciplines may be acceptable with experience.
• 1+ year of facility and asset management experience in military/government or multi-facility environments.
• Experience with facility and equipment condition assessments; data analysis to identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operations of the contract per program requirements.
• Optimize lifecycle investment planning for operations and maintenance activities, incl. preventive maintenance.
• Maintain condition assessments in government sustainment systems (BUILDER, PAVER, GIS).
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends and anomalies; support decision making.
• Oversee small facility construction/repair projects: scoping, estimating, execution, close-out.
• Manage warranty and equipment operating manuals databases; conduct root cause analyses.
