Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Associate for Architectural and Design to support the development and coordination of ship design for newbuild, revitalization, or refurbishment projects.

You will guide design across external firms and shipyards, balancing guest experience with operations and budget. The role requires extensive Revit/AutoCAD work and strong communication across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in design industry.
• Minimum of 2 years managing large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Design experience on cruise ships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end ship design elements across multi-year timelines.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders through the design process.
• Guide design intent considering guest experience, operations, and cost.
• Integrate complex maritime tech, fire codes, and safety into design.
• Create presentations/reports for executive decisions from 3D drawings to Revit/AutoCAD.
