Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Architecture and Design to lead architectural design for newbuilds, revitalizations or refurbishments. You will coordinate with external firms globally, review proposals, and provide innovative design solutions while aligning with brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in design, 2+ years managing large projects, and a degree in Interior Design or Architecture; cruise ship design experience is preferred. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years design industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years managing large scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Cruise ship newbuild or revitalization design experience preferred.
• Graphic design background desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure design intent is clear and brand-aligned.
• Apply brand, design, and drawing standards consistently.
• Coordinate with external architectural/interior teams worldwide.
• Review drawings/proposals and advise on decisions.
• Create reports and track project progress for management.
• Support shop drawing reviews and site visits during builds.
• Assist cost balancing and value engineering efforts.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations.
