Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience (Required)
• Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
• Experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Required)
• 4-7 years in software engineering/enterprise architecture/technology leadership (Required)
• 4-7 years in enterprise solutions design and architecture (Required)
• Experience in Enterprise applications, PLM, middle-tier services, database, storage, distributed computing, virtualization and/or application technology (Required)
• Experience in Credit, Collections, Billing, Payments, Risk Management, or related domains (Required)
• Solid understanding of Credit and Collections lifecycle (Required)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical capabilities to build scalable systems for Credit and Collections platforms.
• Provide coaching on architecture standards and drive design decisions.
• Collaborate with business partners to define solution options and justify capabilities.
• Assist senior architects with assessments and estimates during intake and planning.
• Develop architecture designs, roadmaps, and solution patterns for Credit and Collections initiatives.
• Create integrations with billing, payments, CRM, customer care, financial, risk, and data platforms.
• Support transformation efforts involving decisioning, workflow orchestration, automation, and modernization.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to evaluate solutions and understand upstream/downstream impacts.
• Ensure alignment with security, privacy, resiliency, and regulatory requirements.
