We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Architect to join our team to drive business development efforts.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a Licensed Architect who is energized by relationship-building, strategic outreach, and identifying new opportunities. While you\'ll understand the design process deeply, your primary purpose is to drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and position the firm for long-term success. Additionally, you\'ll provide mentorship and support staff development of our growing team of architects and design professionals; lending design and project management expertise to bolster project quality and facilitate a culture of innovation and excellence in design.

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, collaborative professional, with strong interpersonal engagement and communications skills. The selected incumbent will work with teams across multiple offices and design disciplines, which requires a strong commitment to inclusion and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development initiatives across target markets, including outreach, networking, and strategic partnership cultivation
