Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives across target markets, including outreach and partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities aligned with firm goals.
• Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape market strategy and growth plans.
• Support proposal development, interviews, and presentations with design insight.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Track market trends and emerging opportunities.
• Work with design teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated.
• Provide mentorship and staff development to the Texas Architecture Team.
