LVI Associates is seeking an Architect or Architectural Designer to join a growing Texas architecture firm in Brenham or Bryan-College Station. You will take ownership of projects from concept through construction while being mentored by seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect preferred, but Designers pursuing licensure encouraged to apply.
  • 3+ years of professional architectural experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit required, strong knowledge of construction documents and building systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural designs and construction documents for projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients through all project phases.
  • Assist with programming, conceptual design, design development, and construction administration.
  • Utilize Revit and other design software to prepare drawings, specifications, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with engineering consultants and internal project teams.
  • Participate in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, schedules, and budget requirements.
