Job summary

VCBO Architecture is seeking an experienced architect to work on all design phases—from programming and conceptual design through construction documents. You’ll contribute ideas, evaluate options, and help bring creative and practical solutions to life.

Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to integrate systems and keep projects moving forward. You’ll grow as a leader by mentoring others, coordinating tasks, and managing multiple priorities in a supportive, inclusive firm

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• 7+ years of architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design across phases from programming to construction documents.

What You’ll Do

• Work on all phases of design, from programming and conceptual design through construction documents.

What We’re Looking For

We know that great candidates come with a variety of backgrounds. Ideally, you bring:

• A degree in Architecture (required).
• 7+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of design software (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Communication skills, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset.
• A license is great, but not required.
