Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a Senior Archer Developer to join the Risk Technology Solutions team in Charlotte, NC or Newport Beach, CA. You will design, implement, and maintain Archer applications aligned with business goals, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

You will lead architecture decisions, participate in testing, and provide production support, while staying current with industry trends and new technologies to further the risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Archer experience (v6+), core solutions, on-demand apps.
• Familiarity with Archer SaaS implementations and deployment considerations.
• Experience with Business Continuity platforms such as Everbridge is a plus.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to design, implement, and maintain Archer applications that align with business goals.
• Adapt your work style to meet initiative needs, balancing flexibility with structure for successful outcomes.
