Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company seeks a Senior Archer Developer to join the Risk Technology Solutions team in Charlotte, NC or Newport Beach, CA. You will design, implement, and maintain Archer applications while aligning with business goals and MVP-driven delivery.

With 5+ years of Archer experience, you will configure complex workflows, reports, and data integrations; support production and QA; and stay current with GRC and business continuity trends. Excellent collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years hands-on Archer experience, versions 6+ and on-demand apps.
• Familiar with Archer SaaS implementations and deployment considerations.
• Experience configuring Archer workflows, reports, notifications and access controls.
• Proficient in data feeds, imports and integrations with internal/external systems.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in MIS/CS/Finance/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Archer applications aligned with business goals.
• Size initiatives and advocate MVP approach for incremental value.
• Contribute to solution documentation and stakeholder presentations.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot Archer/GRC platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends and collaborate to drive innovation.
• Work independently on complex initiatives and align with stakeholder vision.
