Qualifications

• Master's in Anthropology and Archaeology with 2+ years of related experience.
• Or Bachelor's in Anthropology/Archaeology with 5+ years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Midwest prehistoric and historic periods and contexts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SOI-qualified Archaeological Principal Investigator for cultural resources projects.
• Coordinate research, surveys, excavations, and reporting with staff.
• Oversee construction monitoring and site documentation.
• Provide project management support to internal teams and clients.
• Develop scopes of work and budgets for cultural resource tasks.
• Write, review, and assess cultural resources reports.
• Review project invoices and expenses.
• Communicate with Federal, State, Local, and Tribal agencies.
• Build relationships with regulatory agencies and consulting parties.
• Facilitate negotiations on resource impacts and mitigation.
• Assist with environmental review documents and planning tasks.
• Travel to project sites and related locations.
• Support and lead cultural resources business development.
