Bolton & Menk, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Cultural Resource Project Manager to lead archaeological surveys, site evaluations, and reports while coordinating with federal, state, local, and tribal agencies.

You will manage multiple projects, oversee fieldwork and reporting, maintain client relationships, and support business development across company operations. Strong communication and CAD/QA-QC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Anthropology and Archaeology with 2+ years of related experience or
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as SOI-qualified Archaeological Principal Investigator for cultural resources projects
• Coordinate cultural resources research, surveys, excavations, and reporting with project staff
• Oversee cultural resources construction monitoring and coordinate with crews and site documentation
• Develop scopes of work and budgets for cultural resource tasks while supporting internal teams and clients
• Write, review, and assess cultural resources reports prior to submission
• Review project invoices and expenses
• Communicate with Federal, State, Local, and Tribal agencies on project matters
• Build relationships with regulatory agencies and consulting parties
• Facilitate negotiations on cultural resource impacts and mitigation strategies
• Travel to project sites and support business development initiatives across operations
