The role requires leadership, detailed regulatory knowledge, and strong communication with federal, state, local, and tribal agencies. Travel to sites and cross-functional collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Anthropology and Archaeology with 2+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Archaeology or closely related field with 5+ years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as SOI-qualified Archaeological Principal Investigator for cultural resources projects.
• Coordinate cultural resources research, surveys, excavations, and reporting with project staff.
• Oversee cultural resources construction monitoring, including coordination with crews, site documentation, material identification and report preparation.
• Provide project management support for cultural resource services to internal teams and clients.
• Develop scopes of work and budgets for cultural resource tasks.
• Write, review, and assess cultural resources reports prior to submission.
• Review project invoices and expenses.
• Communicate and coordinate with Federal, State, Local, and Tribal agencies on project-specific matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and consulting parties.
• Facilitate negotiations regarding cultural resource impacts and mitigation strategies.
• Assist with cultural resource management, environmental review documents, and planning tasks as needed.
• Travel to project sites and related locations.
• Support and lead cultural resources business development initiatives across company operations.
