Job summary

Citrine LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer – Arc Flash to perform electrical system analyses for diverse industrial and commercial projects. The role supports remote work in the United States with preferred Colorado location and occasional travel to sites and offices.

Proficiency in SKM/ETAP, Revit, and AutoCAD is required to deliver clear technical reports and recommendations. You will collaborate with clients, utilities, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with NEC,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical power system studies and related work.
• Experience performing arc flash, short-circuit, and coordination studies.
• Hands-on use of SKM and/or ETAP to build models and run studies.
• Ability to produce clear, well-structured engineering reports.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and project needs.
• Understanding NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform short-circuit, coordination, arc flash, and load flow studies.
• Develop technical recommendations to improve safety and reliability.
• Prepare technical reports documenting methodologies and results.
• Evaluate existing electrical systems and propose upgrades.
• Create one-line diagrams and construction documents using Revit/AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, utilities, and teams throughout projects.
• Provide engineering support during construction, commissioning, and startup.
