Job summary

Citrine LLC seeks an Arc Flash Specialist to lead power system studies and arc flash analysis for commercial and industrial clients across Washington State. You will own project delivery from field surveys to final reports, collaborating with clients, engineers, and field teams to ensure safe, code‑compliant electrical systems.

This role blends field work with technical analysis, requires 5+ years in electrical engineering, and includes mentoring junior staff while coordinating with project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience (field, design, commissioning, or studies).
• Hands-on experience with arc flash, short-circuit, and coordination studies.
• Familiarity with SKM and ETAP power system software.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, IEEE 1584, and the NEC.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and one-lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical studies including arc flash analyses and protective device coordination.
• Develop and maintain electrical models in SKM and ETAP.
• Prepare clear technical reports summarizing methodologies and results.
• Manage project teams and ensure on-time delivery across concurrent assignments.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop practical engineering solutions to improve safety and code compliance.
• Participate in field surveys and site visits as required within WA.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors for project execution.
