Bartlett Tree Experts in Tinton Falls, NJ is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to guide a tree care crew and perform services safely and efficiently. You will supervise pruning, cabling, rigging, removals, and equipment operation while promoting a safety-first culture.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of tree climbing (DdRT/SRT) and aerial lift experience, a valid driver’s license (Class B preferred), and a strong commitment to outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Passion for nature and outdoors; ability to work outdoors year-round.
• Valid driver's license; Class B CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks: pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, removals.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and lifts.
• Lead and train crew members; ensure high safety and industry standards.
• Communicate with clients and manage crews on job sites.
