Bartlett Tree Experts in York, PA is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to supervise a tree care crew and perform all services safely and efficiently. The role focuses on elevating crew skills, boosting productivity, and delivering high-quality arboriculture work on site.

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of tree climbing experience with DdRT or SRT, strong leadership, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three years of tree climbing experience (DdRT or SRT) with aerial lift experience.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks (pruning, cabling/bracing, rigging, removals).
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Lead and train crew members; ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with clients and manage crew scheduling under supervision.
