Qualifications

• Three years of tree climbing experience (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks including pruning, cabling/ bracing, rigging, removals; maintain and operate equipment.
• Lead and coordinate the tree care crew on sites, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Ensure crew members are trained for each job and that work meets industry and company standards.
• Communicate with clients and build relationships on site.
