The F. A. Bartlett Tree Expert Company is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader in Maplewood, NJ. You will lead a tree care crew, safely performing pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, and removals while maintaining equipment and mentoring team members.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year‑round in all weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and quality in arboriculture.

Responsabilidades

• Safely perform and supervise all arboriculture tasks: pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, removals.
• Maintain and operate equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Lead crews, train members for each job assignment, ensure standards.
• Communicate with clients and manage relationships on site.
