MARS Builder Solutions is hiring a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full order-to-cash cycle in our Escondido office. This on-site role focuses on billing, collections and account management for roofing and solar projects.

You will collaborate with operations, project managers and leadership to ensure accurate invoicing, timely revenue capture and adherence to contract requirements.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong invoicing, cash application and collections experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and issue invoices through NetSuite based on completed work and milestones.
• Apply payments and reconcile AR activity to the General Ledger.
• Manage aging, collections, and customer account management.
