MARS Builder Solutions in Escondido, CA is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full order-to-cash cycle for roofing and solar projects. You will bill customers, apply payments, track aging, and support month-end close in NetSuite.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations
• Experience managing a high-volume aging portfolio
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and analysis
• Strong understanding of AR accounting principles and GL impact
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritize deadlines during month-end close

Responsabilidades

• Billing: generate invoices in NetSuite per milestones and change orders
• Cash application: apply payments accurately and timely
• Tracking aging and collections for assigned accounts
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve disputes
• Prepare and monitor notices, liens, and related docs
• Assist with month-end close and AR reporting
