Job summary

MARS Builder Solutions is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full order-to-cash cycle for roofing and solar projects in Escondido, CA. You will lead customer billing, cash application, collections, and related AR processes in NetSuite.

The role requires 5+ years AR experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with construction/payment platforms. On-site work in Escondido with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong invoicing, cash application, collections, and reconciliations experience.
• Proven success managing a high-volume aging portfolio.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Understanding of Accounts Receivable Principles and GL impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue customer invoices in NetSuite based on completed work and milestones.
• Apply payments (ACH, wire, checks) accurately and timely; reconcile with GL.
• Manage aging and collections; resolve payment disputes with customers.
• Support month-end close and improve AR processes.
