Ideal candidates have NetSuite experience and strong Excel skills, thriving in a fast-paced, project-based setting while partnering with operations, project managers, and leadership to ensure timely revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations.
• Demonstrated success managing a high-volume aging portfolio.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong understanding of AR Accounting Principles and GL impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work effectively during month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Customer Billing & Invoice Management: Generate and issue invoices via NetSuite based on completed work, milestones, and change orders.
• Cash Application & Reconciliations: Apply payments timely; research short pays and adjustments; reconcile to GL.
• Collections & Customer Accounts: Manage aging, proactive collections, dispute resolution with project teams.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: Participate in AR reviews; maintain customer records and streamline processes.
• Compliance & Documentation: Prepare notices, lien waivers, and related documentation within deadlines.
