VSS International, Inc. in California is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the AR process, ensure timely payments, and assist the Corporate Credit Manager as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience with accounts receivable processes, billing, cash application, credit and collections practices.
• High school diploma required; college accounting courses preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor accounts receivable for aging balances and follow-up on past-due accounts.
• Contact customers to obtain payment status and resolve billing issues.
• Prepare and process daily bank deposits and cash posting batches.
• Maintain AR records in Vista and related reports.
• Process monthly statements, write-offs, finance charge adjustments, and intercompany billings.
• Support month-end close activities for cash and AR.
