HCSC is seeking a finance professional to oversee day-to-day activities, processes and reporting for group accounts receivable premium teams. This hybrid role requires coordinating with offshore AR teams and occasional travel.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting or have 4 years of related accounting experience, plus at least one year of leadership. Strong communication, customer service, analytical, and MS Word/Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting or 4 years of related experience with 2 years in accounting.
• 1 year of leadership/supervision experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, appropriate word choice, precision, conciseness, structure, appropriate tone and level of detail for audience.
• Customer service skills.
• Work management skills, including prioritizing, assigning and balancing workload.
• Analytical skills.
• Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Availability to travel (5-10%).
