Qualifications

• 4‑year degree preferred, or combination of education and commensurate work experience.
• 5 years of relevant accounting experience required, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ARCS Collections Software and Elite.
• High level of detail orientation required.
• Excellent organizational skills and accounting acumen.
• Strong customer service skills and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
• Contact clients with overdue balances and negotiate payment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment arrangements.
• Prepare and issue final demand letters after approval by GC.
• Produce regular AR and WIP reports for partners and management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
