Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to multi-task, maintain attention to detail and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and overhead to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-capacity AR coating machines and perform daily/weekly maintenance.
• Inspect lenses for defects and ensure coating quality meets specifications.
• Load lenses, select recipes, and manage toolings based on lens diameter and shape.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with supervisor to resolve them.
• Maintain neat work area and adhere to safety and company policies.
