Job summary

Hoya in Dallas is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Business Analyst to take ownership of a multi-million-dollar AR portfolio. In this role, you will design dashboards, establish KPIs, and lead initiatives aimed at improving cash flow and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a degree in finance or accounting and a minimum of 3 years' experience in finance/data analysis. You will collaborate with various teams to document and standardize AR processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in finance or data analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards in Excel or Power BI.
• Ability to implement SOPs and process flows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-million-dollar AR data portfolio.
• Develop real-time AR dashboards.
• Perform reconciliations of AR to the general ledger.
