Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, or related role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data manipulation, and reporting.
• Experience transforming large volumes of raw data into meaningful business insights.
• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, BlackLine, or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to identify trends, variances, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume accounts receivable transactions and customer activity.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve payment issues.
• Extract, organize, cleanse, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support financial and operational objectives.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations and leaders to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support month-end close activities, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Utilize data visualization to improve visibility into receivables performance.
• Monitor aging, collections trends, cash application activity, and KPIs.
• Assist with process documentation, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
