Methode Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Accounts Receivable to own the end‑to‑end AR lifecycle for a portfolio of OEM and Tier 1 accounts.

You will work with purchasing, quality, logistics, and program management to resolve root causes, automate reconciliations, and strengthen controls. The role requires 5+ years in AR with manufacturing exposure, strong ERP and Excel skills, and familiarity with EDI/self‑billing in automotive supplier environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years AR/credit/collections experience, incl. 2+ years in manufacturing or automotive AR.
• Hands‑on ERP experience in AR (Epicor CMS).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH, SUMIFS, Power Query).
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX.

Responsabilidades

• Own collections for OEM/Tier 1 accounts and monitor aging with escalation for complex cases.
• Oversee cash application and month‑end close with remittance decomposition.
• Act as AR power user in ERP and manage master data, credit configuration, and dispute workflow.
• Lead process improvements across order‑to‑cash and participate in system implementations.
