Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Reston, VA seeks an Aquatics Assistant Manager to support the Aquatics Manager with Family Swim, Swim Lessons, Swim Team and Masters Swim programs. You will supervise the Aquatics team and help manage operations and finances to meet department goals.

You will cast, train and develop team members, respond to member inquiries professionally, and ensure a friendly experience while maintaining high safety standards. Lifeguard and coaching certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of swim instruction/coaching experience.
• Minimum 2 years lifeguard experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist to cast, train and develop Aquatics Team Members.
• Help manage the financials of the Aquatics business to meet or exceed department goals.
• Ensure Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly experience for our members and guests.
• Respond to all member inquiries in a professional way.
