Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to assist the manager in overseeing all department programs, including Family Swim hours, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Masters Swim, and more.

You will supervise the Aquatics team and help ensure safe operations and strong financial performance. The role involves casting and training staff, managing daily operations, and addressing member inquiries with professionalism.

Formación

• Must be able to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Tread water for 1 minute.
• Swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom of the pool and swim the brick to the top.

Responsabilidades

• Cast, train and develop Aquatics Team Members.
• Help manage the financials of the Aquatics department to meet or exceed goals.
• Ensure Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly experience for members and guests.
• Respond to all member inquiries in a professional manner.
