Job summary

Life Time in Reston, VA is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to support the aquatic department, overseeing programs such as Family Swim hours, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Masters Swim and more. You will ensure the department is safe and successful in operations and finances, and you will manage all team members in the department.

You will lead, train and develop Aquatics Team Members, manage financials to meet goals, and ensure a safe, friendly guest experience while responding professionally

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification and current CPR/First Aid training.
• Ability to supervise and develop Aquatics staff.
• Experience in customer service and program operations.

Responsibilities

• Cast, train and develop all Aquatics Team Members.
• Manage the financials of the Aquatics business to meet goals.
• Ensure a safe and friendly experience for members and guests.
• Respond to member inquiries in a professional manner.
