We are looking for a dynamic career-oriented Senior Operations Manager to join our senior management team in Dublin. Must have aquatics and service-driven management experience.

Must be able to work some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Assist in the management and training of all school staff.
2. Teach swim lessons as needed.

2. Prior swim instruction experience.

Compensation:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour with a quarterly bonus.
