Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Senior Advanced Project Engineer II in Phoenix, AZ, on a hybrid schedule. You will drive performance within the G570 APU program, coordinating with project leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Expect to manage systems engineering efforts, maintain schedules, and lead cost and schedule updates while delivering on program objectives in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project, Systems, or Test engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead systems and test engineering efforts for the G570 APU Program including requirements management, system integration, and engine development/qualification test efforts
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), track project milestones, and ensure adherence to strict technical requirements
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals
• Complete monthly budget and schedule updates (CAM activities)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Communicate with team leadership and the customer regarding program status
