Job summary

Flywire is seeking a Senior Security Technical Program Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery of security initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application security and establish a robust security roadmap.

The ideal candidate has a strong security background, experience in Secure-SDLC, and excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally with security focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and executives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of security initiatives and programs.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to communicate and drive the security roadmap.
• Coordinate security programs with product, engineering, SRE, QA and vendors.
• Oversee vulnerability management, security audits, and compliance activities.
• Mentor and coach junior security team members.
