Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).

Responsibilities

• Assists other IT teams with technology selection and provides technical evaluation to ensure enterprise-wide requirements are met.
• Develops and maintains documentation describing program development and troubleshooting; updates docs reflecting changes to programs and interfaces.
• Evaluates requests and designs for new or modified programs; determines feasibility and compatibility with current systems; develops high-level plans and documents steps to achieve requirements.
• Serves as a technical consultant to the health system and supports system-wide initiatives to improve efficiency and meet objectives.
• Provides timely progress updates to management, customers and others regarding tasks and issues, via reports.
• Supports RTLS solutions, voice-to-text transcription applications, and other proprietary clinical systems.
