Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical assignments for daily clinics to ensure coverage and patient care quality.
• Serve as liaison between staff, physicians and manager for decision-making and issue resolution.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in collaboration with physicians.
• Provide direct patient care maintaining UNC Rex Healthcare standards.
• Maintain inventory and support budget adherence for supplies and equipment.
• Lead orientation and ongoing staff education programs and annual competency training.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to customize clinics to patient population needs.
