Job summary

Citi in Tampa, Florida seeks a senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to guide architecture-aligned software development and drive strategic system enhancements.

You will partner with management teams to deploy new products, lead complex projects, and coach mid‑level staff while ensuring coding standards and risk controls are met in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• SME in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements.
• Resolve high‑impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design aligns with architecture.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Understand how architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, rules, and Citi policies.
