Job summary
Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Developer, COTS/PeopleSoft to join the Enterprise Systems team in Harrisburg, PA, on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on supporting and enhancing ~30 enterprise applications built on Oracle PeopleSoft, including Financials and HR/Payroll modules.

Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain solutions within PeopleSoft Financials, HR/Payroll, and related applications.
- Develop and execute unit tests and support functional testing efforts.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support production environments.
- Maintain technical documentation and code repositories.
- Work with team members to improve application performance and reliability.
- Participate in a shared on-call support rotation.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver application improvements.
