Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Appraiser to join our Valuation & Advisory practice. The role involves delivering high-quality appraisal reports, market studies, and feasibility analyses for a diverse client base, with collaboration across service lines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, a Certified General Appraiser license, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in MS Office plus Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are available.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree required

This position can be remote or hybrid

The compensation for the position is: salary + fee-split and expected annual compensation of $100,000 - $300,000

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
