Job summary

Class Valuation is seeking a Staff Appraiser in Winston-Salem, NC to perform residential appraisals and ensure compliance with USPAP and laws. The role emphasizes consistent production, data verification, and strong client service.

Candidates should have a valid Residential or General Appraiser license, at least 3 years of experience, and the ability to work with real-time data while maintaining high ethical standards. This is a W2 employee role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential Appraiser license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of residential appraisal experience.
• FHA Approved appraiser preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
• Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
• Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
• Stay proactive with status updates and communication.
• Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required
