Class Valuation is seeking Certified Residential or General Appraisers in North Carolina to join as a Staff Appraiser. The role focuses on producing market value residential appraisals across traditional, hybrid, and desktop formats with strong attention to USPAP compliance.

You will collaborate with a regional team to meet production and service goals. We offer reliable order volume, technology tools, 401K with company match, PTO, CE support, and a supportive, ethical work culture.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential or General Appraiser with good standing.
• FHA Approved appraiser preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.
• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance.
• Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties.
• Maintain open communication with management.

Responsibilities

• Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
• Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
• Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
• Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
