Job summary

Pavo is building Enterprise Superintelligence with a focus on end-to-end architectures that leverage code, data, and decisions. You will join a small, senior team as an Applied Scientist, leading the science track of tribal-knowledge generation and turning messy production behavior into shipped, evidence-backed changes.

Qualifications

• Senior researcher with 8+ years applied research in industry or a PhD with strong applied record.
• Experience turning production behavior into research questions and shipped improvements.
• Familiarity with agentic systems, retrieval, and evaluation of open-ended generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead science track for tribal-knowledge generation in production systems.
• Tackle open problems between current RAG and organizationally-aware agents.
• Publish internal memos and external papers, talks, or reports.
