Job summary

Tribe is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager who will bridge client needs and our technical capabilities. You will spend ~80% embedded with client accounts on-site, driving product strategy and execution, and 20% on internal product initiatives to strengthen our offerings.

You will translate complex client challenges into tangible AI solutions, shaping product vision and owning delivery from conception to implementation, while identifying new opportunities for value creation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent in client-facing roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical product initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement (80%): design tailored AI solutions, align client needs with capabilities, lead status meetings with stakeholders including C-suite.
• Define product vision, strategy, backlog prioritization, and rapid prototyping to gather early feedback.
• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle and ensure value realization and alignment with technical standards.
